Gorgeous and spotlessly clean place, great view of the “ resort + beach ”. Large and exceptional breakfast with a lot of outstanding foods...

I had a perfectly pleasant time at The Emerald Cove Koh Chang and will definitely choose it for my next trip. The staff was very helpful.- The resort offered superb views of the beach.- My room was air-conditioned and tidy.

Recommend this hotel, and would have stayed for longer if and when I visit Koh Chang. Everything is beautiful, liked my time here. The location is particularly good, specially if you want to stay near bars and restaurants. There is a good restaurant at the lobby.

This hotel was just like a paradise! We stayed in another hotel on the island before, but this one was the best. Great location with many bars and shops around, charming garden with beautiful flowers, nice beach, wonderful 50 metres long swimming pool with a Buddha statue, breakfast great, the best we had during our trip in Thailand. Rooms very nice with a nice balcony, we had a garden view, which was beautiful. Very nice furniture, nice desing in a zen style. If anyone is complaining about the older tv, than it must be some ingorant. We do not go for a holiday to watch tv :-) We really enjoyed our stay there and we can reccomend the hotel for everyone who likes to have a romantic luxurious holiday with a great value for money!

Just one thing - the prices of the hotel services including meals in the restaurants was ridicilous! In a beach restaurants in the neighbourhood you can get the food much much cheaper and it has the same quality. Eg. Laundry service for 1000 Baht, same service in the street for only 70 Baht! But this should not be a non- go point. The hotel is just great and there are many restaurants around!

We found antique tv in our rooms which have never seen before. We found only a chicken and a pork sausage meal to gain our cholesterol despite the hotel located in island. We spent full 5 hours in our car in queue to pier before crossing to Koh Chang isalnd. All above are our challenge experience, truely.

The pool at Emerald Cove was absolutely massive, even bigger than it looked in the photos. We had a great time lounging by the pool and enjoying the sunshine. The breakfast bar was also a highlight with its huge variety of fresh and delicious food. We particularly loved the Long Beach iced teas. The beds in our room were super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel had a lovely ambiance and modern facilities.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. The balcony in our room faced the back, so the view was a bit lackluster.

The prices for additional services are overstated

Every thing from the staff at the check in and all the way to check out they are at their toes to help you out ,not only this their food including breakfast and other facilities like spa and Booked.net s they had on the the beach .I would really like to thank all the staff for making my stay a pleasant one and would like to appreciate Chutipun who had answers for your every question and had a great amount of information about the excursions and was very helpfull for making all my appointments with responsibility, She is amazing, keep it up.

I think the rooms needs some refreshment.This is the only negative thing.

We were delighted with our stay at the beautiful Emerald Cove! The beachfront location was perfect for us, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We especially loved the spacious and clean rooms, and the delicious food offered at the on-site restaurant. The hotel's proximity to the Main Street made it easy for us to explore the area and find amenities like 7/11 and restaurants. we highly recommend this hotel for a family or couple looking for a memorable stay on Koh Chang.

We loved our stay in Amari Emerald in Koh Chang! Very good rooms: spacious, clean, comfortable, furniture&bathroom were in a perfect state. The hotel has a beautiful territory, amazing swimming pool, nice and romantic beach. Around the hotel there are many restaurantes and bars, so you are not just limited by the hotel itself. Breakfasts are generous and tasty. Free wifi in the rooms with more or less normal speed. If one day I come back to Koh Chang, I will chose Amari again!

All the extra services of the hotel are over priced. If you need a laundry service, just go outside the hotel and in 25 metres you´ll find it 5 times cheaper. The same story with the spa, it looks great, but it costs crazy comparing to similar services offered outside the hotel. Any question to the reception-staff was directly interpreted into booking. We just wanted to know the price, while they were already booking it for us.
